Introducing Laika
Our pit crew worked perilously to get Laika inspected and ready to go to work, and by the end of the first day we were ready to go! We won six out of 10 qualifying matches and came in 10th place with only a functioning drive train.

On the Field
Our drive team and pit crew worked well under the pressure of getting our robot inspected and on the field with only a functioning drive train. We are so proud of them, and their efforts have not gone unnoticed! Without our amazing pit crew we would have not been able to get Laika out on the field, and without our amazing driver, Harold, we would not have obtained 10th place out of 47 teams!

We've got spirit!
The San Diego regional was no easy feat, but throughout the entire weekend our team never lost their spirit! We laughed, cheered, danced, and even painted our mentors head green! We were lapping up the warmth of the sun and embracing whatever difficulties we faced with a determined attitude and a smile on our faces.

Living it up on the beach!
Before we headed back to Utah we made one last stop at the beach. We ran around taking pictures of each other and the water and dipped our feet into the cold ocean. This was the second time that we've gone to an out of state regional and we are so glad that it was San Diego. Hopefully we get to some back soon!
